Directions

From South: Take I-675 to Exit 2, Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Take a right at the exit light (Dayton Mall will be to your left), go straight through the intersection (of Yankee and 725) which you will pass a Lexus dealer, BP gas station, McDonalds, Long John Silvers and then come to Washington Village Dr. on your right hand side. Turn right, Pancake House, Jersey Mikes will be on the left side, you will pass a Fairfield Inn Hotel on your right side and then see a driveway entrance to red brick office buildings on your right side, which you will pass the first entrance and turn right into the second entrance. Follow entrance forward and Drayer’s office building (#8073) Suite 110 will be on your right hand side as you pull forward towards the buildings.

From North: Take I-675 to Exit 2, Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Turn left at the exit light, then turn left at 1st light (you will see a Lexus dealer catty-corner from you, and a BP gas station on the other corner). Once you turn left you will pass the BP gas station on the right hand side, followed by McDonalds, Long John Silvers and then you will come to Washington Village Dr. on your right hand side. Turn right, you will pass a Fairfield Inn Hotel on your right side and then see a driveway entrance to red brick office buildings on your right side, which you will pass the first entrance and turn right into the second entrance. Follow entrance forward and Drayer’s office building (#8073) Suite 110 on your right hand side as you pull forward towards the buildings.

From West: Coming from Lyons Rd. you will pass through the light intersection of Lyons and Yankee (Drug Mart will be on your left hand side). Continue until Washington Village Dr. appears on the left hand side (first street on the left hand side after light). Irongate Realtors is located catty-corner at the intersection of Washington Viller Dr. and Lyons Rd. Once you have turned left onto Washington Village Dr. you will see a shopping center on the right hand side and a tall red building on the left, Drayer is located the driveway directly after the tall red building on your left. Follow entrance forward and Drayer’s office building (#8073) Suite 110 on your right hand side as you pull forward towards the buildings.
