I am a physical therapy patient of Drayer Physical Therapy – Flanders, NJ and I wanted to write to not only compliment you on the facility and staff, but express my appreciation for the physical therapy services you provided me. I underwent unexpected back surgery and was referred to the office for outpatient care. I was in a wheelchair and terrified. From the moment I was wheeled into Drayer Physical Therapy, I felt safe. The staff smiled as I entered the facility and was instantly warm and friendly. I remember meeting my physical therapist and immediately there was an instant bond of trust. I have been to multiple physical therapists, as I have chronic issues with my spine, and my physical therapist was the first one to take the time to address how I was feeling emotionally, as well as physically. This created a trusting environment and I knew they cared. All of the staff was extraordinary! It is evident that each person truly cares about what they do and takes an interest in the patient’s life.
