DRAYER PHYSICAL THERAPY INSTITUTE NAMES PAGE COMPANY’S FIRST VP OF WORK AND INDUSTRY SERVICES

Initially to focus on Alabama market

VP of Work and Industry ServicesHUMMELSTOWN, Pa. (Jan. 8, 2014) – Drayer Physical Therapy Institute has tapped Jill J. Page as its first       Vice President of Work and Industry Services as the company expands its presence in worker’s compensation care.

A native of the Birmingham, Ala., area, Page will coordinate the planning and development of Drayer’s new occupational health service line.

She is based in Birmingham and initially will focus her efforts in the Alabama market, where Drayer operates 14 outpatient physical therapy centers.

Drayer centers offer 24-hour access for new patients, are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, and have Saturday hours.

“These are the types of conveniences that patients and employers want and truly differentiate Drayer’s model of care and service,” said Eric Williams, Drayer’s president. “We think this, combined with Jill’s experience and leadership, will have great appeal to employers and case managers.”

For the past six years, Page owned Page Consulting LLC, which focused on work injury management and prevention.

She has extensive experience in the field of industrial rehabilitation, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on assessing the functional demands of jobs and the physical ability of workers. She has worked with companies in a wide range of industries, including automotive, petroleum, food and beverage, utility and trucking.

Page, who graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1990 with a degree in occupational therapy, has presented and published nationally and internationally on the topic of assessing and treating injured workers.
